<p>There are also studies which have shown that Vitamin D increases the survival rate in people who suffer from malignant melanomas, a type of skin cancer.</p>

<p>Cholecalciferol, a form of vitamin D found naturally in fish-liver oils (vitamin D<sub>3)</sub><sub> </sub>and egg yolks, is also the particular kind of vitamin D that&#8217;s formed by the action of sunlight, when our skin is exposed to the sun.</p>
